Once we draft your site and send it to you for review, you get two rounds of revision before we launch your site.
A: If you don’t like something or you see a spelling error, don’t be afraid to add comments to your website with the unique link we'll provide to you for your new site once it's drafted using our handy comment software.
If you aren’t happy with the design direction, the best way to navigate that we’ve found is if you provide example solutions in your website comments of what you want, and we will do our best to accommodate.
Think of the first draft of your new site as just that…a first draft. Don’t expect everything to be perfect on the first pass. We’re human…we occasionally might miss something.
Also, by adding revision comments, you help us refine our understanding for what you want in the design, photos, and words. This will enable us to move towards a custom website you are happy with.
Your comments will help us take your new site to the finish line.
After two rounds of revision, most new clients are happy with the new site we create for them, in which case we’ll move to the launching stage to push your site live on your custom domain. If you require additional rounds of revision beyond the first two rounds before going live with your new site, we are happy to continue revising your new site when you sign up for our additional revision package.
Keep in mind that our website builder is amazing for creating a freshly updated design for your new site that’s unique to you, yet there are certain technical things that our builder just can’t do (think boundaries that give freedom). If you request a feature we don’t support, we’ll let you know and suggest workarounds or another way to achieve a result you are happy with.
A simple two rounds of revision may not get you the results you are looking for in an outstanding website from us. If you realize that after two rounds of revision, your new site needs more custom work that you don't want to take on yourself, we can step in for more custom help.
